I certify and guarantee that when purchasing from Gym Star Sports Center or affiliated merchants, (i) the credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I provide is accurate and complete, (ii) my credit card company or financial institution will honor the charges I incur, and (iii) I will settle the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties. I hereby grant authorization (in the case of online payment or autopay information provision) for Gym Star Sports Center to debit my bank or credit card account. I acknowledge that I must adhere to the Drop Policy and procedure. In order to enroll in any of our services, it is a prerequisite to have an active payment card on file. In the event of a dispute initiated through my financial institution, this action will be considered a breach of contract, potentially leading to, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
By providing your debit card, credit card, or bank account information and opting in for recurring payments, you affirm that you have the authority to authorize debits or charges to the payment information specified herein. You grant Gym Star Sports Center permission to electronically debit or charge the payment information on a recurring basis for the amount due on or after the due date for your payment.
This authorization will remain in effect until you notify us of your intention to revoke this authorization, and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice. You may opt out of recurring billing through your online account at www.gymstarsports.com. You have the option to print or store this authorization electronically for your records.
I understand and give permission for photos and videos of my child to be used in print or broadcast media as deemed appropriate for the promotion of Gym Star Sports Center.
To ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all participants in our programs, camps, and events, we welcome children with special needs. However, in the interest of maintaining a conducive learning environment and respecting the needs and expectations of all students and families, we have the following guidelines:
Parent/Aide Assistance Policy: To ensure the smooth participation of children with special needs in our programs, camps, or events, parents/guardians must either provide an aide or actively participate themselves during the session. This helps us support the child without disrupting the class. Please note that the parent/guardian or their aide is participating at their own risk. If they are unable to manage the child's needs or behavior and disrupt the class, we may need to remove them from the session.
Promoting Inclusivity: Our goal is to support all students, including those with special needs, in a way that respects their unique requirements and ensures their safety.
Behavioral Expectations: If a special needs child's behavior becomes consistently disruptive, poses a safety risk, or hinders the learning experience of others, we reserve the right to remove the child from the class or event.
Alternative Options: In such cases, we may recommend private lessons during quieter times at the gym, where we can better address the individual needs of the child while maintaining safety and a suitable learning environment for all participants.
We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and these guidelines are intended to strike a balance between accommodating special needs children and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
Behavior Management at Shooting Stars Preschool: We help students develop appropriate behavior skills with a focus on positive interventions. Our steps are as follows: Step 1 - Verbal Warning/Redirection: Teachers give verbal warnings and redirect students. Step 2 - Low-Level Interventions: Teachers use low-level interventions like missing a turn or withholding stamps. Step 3 - Staff Meeting for Further Interventions: If needed, staff discuss next-level interventions. Step 4 - Parent Conference: After three separate removals, a parent conference is scheduled to seek parental input on behavior. Step 5 - Parent Picks Up Child: If behavior continues, parents pick up the child after a conference. Step 6 - Decision about Future: If no improvement occurs, we may assess if our preschool is the best fit. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment. Contact us with any questions or concerns.
